I built the program I needed when no one would tell me the truth.

I'm a 40+ mom of four boys, ages 4 to 18. After my last pregnancy I tried every fitness routine on the internet. None of them mentioned the gap in my abdominal wall — and most of them made it worse.

When I finally learned how to measure for myself, everything changed. Knit is what I wish someone had handed me at that moment: anatomy, the measurement, the staged plan, and a coach who refuses to rush you past the basics.
